Refund policy
RETURNS - Due to the perishable nature of our products our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All orders are presented for approval at time of pickup and/or delivery. Once accepted by the purchaser or purchaser's agent or assignee, no refund will be applicable based on aesthetics or condition of the item.
RETURNS FOR DEFECTS OR ERRORS -If a product is defective, spoiled, or significantly different from the order, contact the bakery immediately or within 24-48 hours of pickup/delivery. Photographs may be requested to assess the issue. If a quality deficiency or error is determined, a replacement, a refund (proportionate to the returned amount), or store credit will be offered. The bakery reserves the right to judge product quality.
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS FOR AESTHETIC PREFERENCES OR CUSTOMER HANDLING - Due to the perishable nature of the products, refunds or exchanges are not offered based solely on aesthetic preferences. Refunds are also not offered if the product has been damaged during customer transportation or third-party shipping. The bakery is not responsible for food not stored at the proper temperature or left at room temperature for an extended period. Once accepted at pickup or delivery, the order is considered complete and correct unless a defect or error is present at that time.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) - Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or if paid by cash or check then a check will be issued for the refundable amount of time.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE) - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, call us at (806)-300-1269. Our address is located on every product that we sell.
